CUSTOMER SERVICE - NIGHT n DAY GROUP
IMMEDIATE START - We're looking for people to join our Customer Service Team, located in our Caringbah office - multiple positions available Monday - Friday role.

About the Role
At Night n Day, our Customer Service team plays a vital role in shaping the experience of every person who interacts with our products. As the first point of contact for customers, partners, and community stakeholders, this role is central to delivering the care, professionalism, and responsiveness that define who we are.
Our Customer Service Team support customers from initial enquiry through to order completion and beyond. This position handles enquiries via phone, and email, while accurately processing sales orders and providing high-quality support. It is ideal for someone who enjoys teamwork, problem‑solving, communicating clearly, & contributing to a positive, customer‑focused culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide product support to customers and deliver an exceptional customer experience by offering a personalised experience throughout.
* Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, and emails, helping customers find the right solutions for their needs
* Accurately process, follow up and manage customer enquiries, sales orders, & walk- ins.
* Liaise with our internal Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, Production, and Warehouse Teams.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
To be considered for this role you will need:
* Excellent communication skills with a confident and pleasant phone manner
* Empathy, professionalism and a proactive approach to problem solving
* Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
* High attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
* Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high demand, customer centric environment.
* Self-motivated with keen attention to detail
Experience:
* Minimum of 12 months prior experience in a customer service or sales role (preferred but not essential - we hire based on attitude)
* Proven experience in managing customer interactions and delivering high-quality service.
* Proven capability to multitask efficiently, applying strong time management to deliver outcomes across competing priorities.
