An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon to work with the team at Tamworth Rural Referral Hospital. Our Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeons are supported by a team of four permanent Registrars who are then supported by a team of three JMOs. You will be allocated to the department roster duties including but not limited to: Elective surgery, Trauma theatre, Orthopaedic and Fracture Clinics, daily ward rounds, portion of the on-call roster, teaching and support of the Registrar team. Award Rate, temporary VMO or Staff Specialist contracts available for up to 12 months with possible extension.
