CLE Admin Officer
Alfred Mental & Addiction Health (AMAH) is responsible for the operation of services focusing on people with a severe mental illness residing in the Inner South Eastern area of Melbourne. The single most important goal of AMAH is to create an environment that facilitates clinical recovery, supports individual recovery efforts and strives to minimise service system barriers to the recovery process.
The Consultation Liaison and Emergency Psychiatry Service (CLE) provides psychiatric assessment, treatment, advice and consultation across Alfred Hospital, including the Emergency & Trauma Centre and in the community.
General Job Details
* Permanent, Full-time (1EFT / 80 hours + ADO) across 7 days.
* Based at 549 St Kilda Rd.
* Managers and Administrative Workers Grade 2.
* Supportive multi-disciplinary team environment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Work under the supervision of the Senior CLE Admin Officer to provide administrative support predominantly to the CLE Head and CL clinicians.
* Ensure responsibility for data input, service billing and mental health act requirements are met.
* Live update the CL unit status board, data entry and audit for CL and EPS.
* Prepare meetings, order stock, take minutes and develop and maintain systems of organisation to support the CL program.
* Perform data entry into CMI to ensure MHA legislative and registration requirements are met within specified time frames.
* Update and register patients in IPM, and manage accounting systems related to TAC and Medicare.
About You
* Demonstrated computer literacy including Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and Email).
* Prior experience in minute taking and diary management required.
* Prior experience of working in a mental health or other health‐care setting would be an advantage.
* Experience or interest in human service or health fields preferred.
* Prior experience in a Personal Assistant role would be an advantage.
* Australian working rights and 2025 Influenza vaccination.
* Current Working with Children Check and willingness to undergo a Background Check.
