Our vibrant waterfront café & restaurant and part of our family-owned hospitality & tourism group in Airlie Beach. We're looking for a hands-on Restaurant & Operations Manager to oversee daily service, manage staff, and support catering & tourism operations.

About the Role
* Lead front-of-house operations and create a welcoming atmosphere.
* Manage supplier orders, stock control, and cost efficiencies.
* Prepare rosters and oversee scheduling for restaurant and catering staff.
* Coordinate boat catering for tours and private charters.
* Assist with jetski operations, working alongside the adventure team.
* Recruit, train, and mentor staff across both hospitality and tourism.
* Work closely with the kitchen and marine crews to deliver seamless guest experiences.
* Maintain compliance with health, safety, and service standards.

* You're a local or long-term Airlie Beach resident
* Proven experience in restaurant or café management.
* Confident with rostering, ordering, and supplier relationships.
* Flexible to manage both hospitality service and tour operations.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Able to work across weekends and holiday periods.
* Passionate, organised, and customer-focused.
