Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team to ensure effective delivery of deployment services.
* Act as the first point of escalation for customer and onsite team issues, taking ownership of resolution processes.
* Develop and implement Service Improvement Plans to address areas for improvement, including documentation of procedures and processes.
* Perform performance management and target setting for individual team members, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Support long-term commercial viability by ensuring compliance with legislative frameworks and identifying mitigating risks.
* Generate weekly and monthly operational reports for management and ad-hoc reporting where required.
You Will Contribute:
* Previous experience working in a lead role.
* Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to use reporting tools.
* Good understanding of how universities operate and higher education in general.
* Genuine care for building staff working capacity and ability to mentor, support and guide technicians.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills, with ability to manage customer issues and escalations.
Requirements:
* Must be an Australian resident available to work full-time without restrictions.
* Travel on-site to office in Notting Hill and frequent client site visits.
