Lovi Cafe & Restaurant is looking for a passionate experienced barista to join our tight-knit team in Robina.
Lovi is a vibrant Mediterranean-inspired café and restaurant known for our welcoming atmosphere, quality food, and beautifully crafted coffee. Our crew is small but strong – we work hard, support each other, and take pride in creating a space where both staff and customers feel at home.

What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 1–2 years barista experience in a busy café
* Ability to dial in grinders and maintain espresso quality
* Confident with latte art and milk texturing
* Speed, consistency, and attention to detail during rushes
* Friendly personality and great customer service skills
* Ability to work well in a tight-knit team
Your Role Will Include:
* Preparing high-quality espresso and milk-based coffees
* Maintaining coffee equipment and grinder calibration
* Keeping the coffee station clean, stocked, and organised
* Assisting with customer orders when needed
* Contributing to the positive, supportive Lovi team culture
