Salary: $84,096 – $95,103 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading.

The Opportunity
The Reporting Analyst plays a key role in advancing the University's approach to procurement analytics, supporting the Office of Procurement Services with accurate, timely, and insight‑driven reporting. You will develop and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytical tools that monitor organisational performance, track supplier spend, and support compliance with regulatory reporting requirements such as GIPA and Modern Slavery.
In this role, you will help shape how data informs procurement decisions. You will maintain reporting cadences, build matrices that support supplier segmentation and strategic relationship management, and partner with stakeholders to gather information and translate it into meaningful insights. Your work enables greater visibility of performance, supports audit activities, and contributes to the ongoing uplift of procurement capability across the University.
What Success Looks Like:
Deliver accurate dashboards and reports that monitor procurement performance, supplier spend, and operational metrics.
Maintain a consistent and compliant reporting calendar across operational and regulatory requirements.
Provide well‑structured insights that support procurement initiatives, SRM discussions, and continuous improvement activity.
Support audits, compliance investigations, and ad hoc reporting needs with timely, high‑quality information.

About You
Demonstrated experience in data gathering, analysis, and dashboard/report development.
Familiarity with ERP environments such as Oracle and procurement workflow platforms.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and apply sound judgement in a complex operating environment.
