Contract Details
Emergency Medicine locum doctors needed for 3‐month contracts in Southwest WA. Must be willing to work across three coastal sites – Busselton, Margaret River and Augusta WA.
Clinical Requirements
* $1725 daily rate (GPS). Must be registered with AHPRA as a Specialist with FRACGP or FACRRM, or have recognition by AHPRA of overseas qualification and registered with AHPRA as a Specialist GP. Recent Australian/New Zealand experience in Emergency Medicine required. Evidence of current competence in the management of life‐threatening emergencies.
* $1600 daily rate (PGY6 or higher). Must have a total of more than 3 completed full‐time years of Australian/New Zealand experience at Registrar level in Emergency Medicine. Evidence of current competence in the management of life‐threatening emergencies. Provide evidence of current ED CME (within the last 3 years) in at least one of the following courses: ALS2, EMST, CEMP, ELS, REACT, ATLS, REST, or alternatively a recent report from a FACEM that up‐skilling and current practice is suitable to their scope or completion of any other recognised emergency medicine courses within the triennium assessed by the Medical Director as being equivalent in total to one of the courses mentioned above. Required to manage emergency presentations. Rotating shift work roster 10‐hour shifts (days, evenings, nights including weekends and public holidays, plus on call).
