About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our Community Services team as a Clinical Support Coordinator. This exciting opportunity will see you providing front-line support to clients, families, and healthcare professionals across our network.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Provide professional and confidential customer service via phone and in-person.
 * Manage sensitive client information with accuracy and discretion.
 * Deliver high-quality administrative support, including document preparation and database management.
 * Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and general office logistics.
 * Assist with administrative tasks, including purchasing and invoice processing.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
 * Able to relate to and assist clients who may be distressed.
 * Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
 * Experience in administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.
 * Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and provide excellent customer service.
 * Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
