Role Overview
As a Porter, you will play an important role in creating a positive first and last impression for our guests by providing efficient, courteous, and professional assistance.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet guests on arrival and assist with luggage
* Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel facilities and services
* Assist with guest requests and enquiries
* Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lobby, entrances, and public areas
* Support front desk and housekeeping teams as required
* Assist with deliveries and storage of guest luggage
* Follow hotel safety and security procedures
Requirements
* Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred
* Friendly, polite, and professional attitude
* Physically fit and able to lift and carry luggage safely
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
* Reliable and punctual
