Skills & experience You will be a Commercial Litigation Lawyer at Associate level.
Your new role Will see you act for well-known Australian retailers including major fashion brands; appear in Supreme Court and Court of Appeal matters franchising disputes and debt recovery on behalf of large Australian Franchisors; construction disputes; Restraint of trade disputes involving well known real estate agents; and insolvency advice.
