About the Manager Role:
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Managing and supporting all workshop staff
* Overseeing daily workshop scheduling and job allocation
* Scheduling assessments
* Handling quotation/estimates and invoicing processes
* Liaising with insurers, suppliers, assessors, and customers while maintaining strong professional relationships
* Ensuring efficient workflow of all vehicles throughout the repair process
* Maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards within the workshop
* Open and close the shop daily
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Experience in automotive workshop or panel shop management
* Strong smash repair knowledge (panel beating, spray painting, parts, repair methods, etc.)
* Previous experience in estimating
* Experience using systems such as iBodyShop, or similar estimating/management systems (highly regarded)
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to lead a team effectively
