* Coordinate daily traincrew and yard operations effectively.
* E nsure cost-effective resource deployment while maintaining high customer service standards.
* Be part of an experienced leadership team.
* Oversee rolling stock movement and yard plan execution efficiently.
Your Responsibilities:
* Direct and manage resource allocation and utilization for optimal results.
* Develop strategies to enhance supply chain performance.
* Lead and coach your team with clear goals and focus on continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with established policies and safety standards.
This is a shiftwork position with 4 days on, 4 days off, 12-hour day and night shifts.
