The Clinical Nurse role provides advanced clinical and problem-solving skills, expert planning, and coordination skills in the clinical management of acute and chronic haemodialysis patients/residents/clients with complex care needs, ensuring quality standards are met. This role works autonomously within the healthcare team structure and is pivotal in the planning, managing, and delivering of haemodialysis specialist nursing care.
