Based in Townsville, we are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Supervisor to take charge and deliver outstanding results on our projects. This is a hands-on, site-based leadership role, where you'll work closely with the Project Manager to ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Your proven track record in leading civil projects for 5+ years will be the foundation for our continued success. In this role, your skills and leadership will make a real, visible impact.

* Strong understanding of drawings, technical specifications, and compliance requirements
