You will fulfil the accountabilities of this rolein accordance with the CHQ core values and as outlined below: Deliver specialised Patient and Family car parking solutions by way of concessional parking based on a criteria-based methodology.
Provide excellent customer focus in a friendly and helpful manner; maintain the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with parents, patients, members of the public and departmental staff both in person and over the telephone.
Maintain the register of concessional parking vouchers and prepare timely and accurate briefings, reports, presentations, and other documentation of a detailed and strategic nature related to parking initiatives.
Manage, monitor, and report on progress and implement best practice guidelines to ensure consistent and quality outcomes are achieved.
Foster and maintain outstanding relationships with relevant key stakeholders, in order to drive better value outcomes and maximise benefits.
Identify risks and controls.
Negotiate and implement controls and treatments as necessary and ensure appropriate escalation process is actioned where risks are likely to impact on the program.
Initiate, influence and maintain relationships with and between key stakeholders that sometimes may have competing interests and priorities and devise and implement appropriate change management interventions to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Facilitate effective communication to promote and ensure the successful adoption of change within the organisation including the implementation of feedback mechanisms and management of expectations.
Maintain data quality and accuracy by implementing a robust record management system in accordance with Children's Health Queensland HHS guidelines, policies and procedures.
Provide reports for the Family Advisory Committee as required.
Actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resources management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, occupational health and safety, and ethical behaviour.
