Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Educators in your own room to deliver exceptional educational programs.
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
- Ensure commitment to safety and inclusivity so that every learning experience meets the needs of all children.

You'll need
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Robust knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current VIC Working with Children Check
