Following our recent merger, we operate with a collaborative team approach to portfolio management, supported dedicated administration assistance. The majority of our properties are located in Adelaide's western suburbs, just 5–20 minutes from the office — meaning less travel and greater efficiency in your day.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 1 year experience in Property Management
* Current South Australian Property Management Licence
* Current Driver's Licence
* Experience with property management software (we use Our Property)
* A strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive, team-oriented environment
Your Responsibilities
* Jointly managing a portfolio within a collaborative team structure
* End-to-end Property Management duties
* Daily communication with landlords, tenants, and trades
* Conducting routine inspections
* Managing leasing processes and application processing
