Fixed Term Opportunity: Red Seal Technician (1–2 Year Term)

What We Offer
* Fixed‐term Opportunities of Twelve (12) or Twenty‐Four (24) months with full‐time hours (Minimum 32 hours per Week)
* Above market hourly wage, based on experience and trade certification(s). May be eligible for an additional bonus dollars if certified in Cummins and or Paccar.
* Retention bonus paid at the end of the fixed employment term (Up to $5000.00) upon successful completion of each twelve (12) month period

Key Responsibilities
* Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work in accordance with Red Seal standards
* Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
* Diagnose issues efficiently and recommend appropriate solutions
* Complete accurate documentation and service reports
* Work independently and collaboratively as part of a skilled trades team
Qualifications
* Valid Red Seal Certification will be given preference
* Minimum of ten (10) years of hands‐on experience will be considered for those who do not have Red Seal Certification
* Strong problem‐solving and technical skills
* Commitment to safety and high‐quality workmanship
* Ability to commit to the full employment term
