Our trainers are current or former emergency professionals who know firsthand that real incidents don't happen in tidy classrooms — and that preparation matters.We're looking for experienced paramedics, emergency nurses, fire EMRs, military medics, or other emergency medical professionals who want to share their knowledge and empower others.
You'll be delivering our unique, simulation-based training at a variety of client sites across Australia — and potentially abroad.
Join our team and help redefine how first aid is taught, understood, and applied.Who we're looking for:Someone who's calm under pressure, confident in front of a group, and serious about helping people develop practical, life-saving skills.
You bring real operational experience, a strong sense of responsibility, and a grounded, professional approach.You'll ideally have:Experience as a paramedic, emergency nurse, military medic, or similarStrong communication and facilitation skillsProfessional presenceA current Police Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to get them)Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116/40122) — or willingness to obtain.
We also have roles that don't require it yet.What you'll do:Deliver high-quality, simulation-based first aid trainingAdapt content and delivery style for different client groups, environments and locationsTravel to client sites around Canberra, with optional interstate opportunitiesReceive support and thorough upskilling to enable you to deliver the trainingYou'll be part of a supportive, energised team, and we'll provide all the equipment, systems, and ongoing training you need to thrive.Flexibility:This role is ideal for people who want to continue working with their current employer while making a real impact with Real Response.
