We're seeking a full‐time Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer care and acting as the vital link between our customers and workshop team. You'll ensure every interaction is seamless, professional, and personal, while helping create an outstanding service experience from start to finish.
This is a permanent, full‐time role working Monday to Friday, with a half‐day Saturday (8am–12pm) required approximately once per month, all within a supportive environment that values your growth.
What You'll Be Doing
* Be the first point of contact for customers—welcoming them in person, over the phone, and via email.
* Listen to customer needs, provide honest advice, and coordinate service bookings and repairs efficiently.
* Keep customers informed at every stage with clear, proactive communication.
* Work closely with technicians to ensure services run smoothly and on schedule.
* Build long‐term relationships by delivering exceptional service that exceeds expectations.

* Demonstrated experience as an automotive Service Advisor.
* A natural communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people.
