About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join a high-profile Project Management Office (PMO) tasked with reshaping the ERP landscape for smaller government entities. This isn't just about maintaining the status quo; you will be at the forefront of a shift toward competitive, agile non-SAP ERP solutions.
In this role, you'll dig deep into business processes, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable specifications for modern, cloud-based systems. You will be the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that data goals and project objectives are perfectly aligned.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading Workshops: Facilitating sessions with various business areas to uncover diverse requirements and identify potential hurdles to new solutions.
* Defining the Future State: Documenting business needs and success criteria while mapping out 'to-be' processes.
* Process Optimisation: Working both independently and collaboratively to re‐design business and data processes, driving efficiency through better information management.
* Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with subject matter experts, architects, and developers to ensure the chosen solution hits the mark.
* Delivering Insights: Using your analytical prowess to interpret data and provide the insights needed for informed, high‐level decision‐making.
Your Experience & Expertise
The successful candidate must bring a record with non‐SAP ERP products. We are specifically looking for professionals who can evaluate and recommend modern systems such as:
* TechnologyOne
* Workday
* Microsoft Dynamics 365
Core Requirements
* End-to-End BA Lifecycle: Extensive experience leading the BA process from initial design through to implementation.
* ERP Implementation: Hands‐on experience defining requirements specifically for ERP uplift projects.
* Process Re‐design: Strong skills in business process mapping and re‐design.
* Government Context: Experience within a Shared Services environment or a government PMO is highly regarded.
Security Clearance
* Baseline Security Clearance.
