Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our concierge team as a porter. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, including greeting and assisting them upon arrival, managing luggage handling, operating valet parking services, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas.
About the Role:
* Greet and assist guests upon arrival, offering a warm welcome and providing information about the property and local attractions
* Manage luggage handling, including carrying and transporting bags to and from guest rooms
* Operate valet parking services, safely parking and retrieving guests' vehicles
* Assist with guest requests and inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous service
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas
* Provide directions and recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
* Assist with special events and VIP arrivals as needed
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property amenities and local area information

* Open driver's license (Manual Desirable)
* Physical strength with the ability to safely lift and carry heavy items and stand for extended periods
* Ability to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends
