Glen Helen, NT – Your Backyard is the Outback
Live and work in the only accommodation inside Tjoritja / West MacDonnell Ranges National Park – a remote haven surrounded by 800-million-year-old cliffs and endless desert skies. You'll share this location with just one other caretaker while the resort is closed for major maintenance works.
The Role
This full-time ongoing role is hands-on work keeping our grounds and facilities in top shape.
Repair and upkeep park facilities
Respond to after-hours call-outs
Ensure safety and compliance
You Bring
Grounds or maintenance experience (trade skills a bonus)
WHS knowledge and a full driver's licence
Practical, resourceful, and comfortable with living remote

Note: This role includes extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20 kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery.
