We are currently seeking a female Disability Support Worker to join our dedicated team, providing high-quality support to individuals living with disabilities.
The ideal candidate will be compassionate, reliable, and experienced in delivering person-centred care, with a strong understanding of individual needs and a commitment to promoting independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and daily living support (e.g., showering, dressing, grooming, toileting).
* Support clients with behaviours of concern, using positive behaviour support strategies.
* Facilitate community access and participation in social and recreational activities.
* Manage medications in line with care plans and policies.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress notes.
* Promote dignity, respect, and inclusion in all aspects of care.
Requirements
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification.
* Experience in personal care, behaviours of concern, community access, and medication management.
* Current First Aid and CPR certification.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
* Valid Driver's Licence and reliable, insured vehicle.
* Flexible availability — shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and sleepovers.

Pay: $43.08 per hour
