We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality service to our customers.
The successful candidate will have the ability to diagnose and repair issues using specialized tools and documented procedures, identify required parts and tools, and perform preventative maintenance on engine and related components according to schedules and standards.
Key responsibilities include engaging customers with courtesy and professionalism, anticipating and addressing their needs promptly; elevating unresolved issues to more experienced technicians or supervisors; completing necessary documentation, including service worksheets, timesheets, and quality documents; identifying additional service opportunities with customers; maintaining training in line with business requirements; and safeguarding cleanliness and proper operation of service vehicles and tools.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Aptitude in apprentice-trained Engine Technician (Cert III) or equivalent experience.
* Intermediate-level workshop or field service experience.
* Knowledge of and/or experience with engine products.
* Heavy vehicle experience preferred.
