Overview
We're seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile hospitality upgrade in Wollongong on a short-term contract. This hands-on role will suit a leader who can manage multiple trades, keep the program on track, and ensure a safe, quality build in a live, high-visibility environment for Design Build.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily site operations and subcontractors
* Excellent safety, quality, and stakeholder management capability
* Strong leadership and coordination skills in a live operating environment
* Manage deliveries, scheduling, and progress reporting
* Ensure works are completed to a high standard and to specification
Requirements
* Previous experience managing refurb and fit-out projects
* Trade background or construction qualification preferred
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to run a tight, well-organised site
* Proficient with Procore and Hammertech
* White Card, First Aid, and relevant tickets
