Currently seeking for a talented Property Admin to join their busy team for a casual 3 months temporary assignment with potential to extend.
About the Role
As a Property Officer, you will play a key role in assisting with day-to-day activities that keep our properties in excellent condition and our tenants satisfied. If you're organised, customer-focused, and eager to be part of a dynamic team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Other duties are as follows:
* Respond to routine phone and email enquiries with professionalism and friendliness, providing excellent customer service to tenants, landlords, and contractors.
* Assist with property administration tasks such as raising work orders, requesting quotations, scheduling inspections, and following up on repairs or warranty issues.
* Coordinate vacancy inspections and grounds maintenance to prepare properties for new tenants or upcoming rentals.
* Support the team by managing appointments, maintaining documentation, and following established procedures for daily transactions.
* Participate in team meetings, offering ideas for process improvements and better service delivery.
* Perform additional administrative duties as needed to ensure efficient property operations.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* Proven experience in a similar property support, general administration, or customer service role
* Baseline Security Clearance is required
* Strong problem solving skills
* Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to communicate and provide advice on a range of matters to resolve moderately complex to complex enquiries

* $45 - $55 per hour + super
