About the Role
Manufacture, assemble, and test AWE water control equipment in a modern workshop.
Key Duties
Precision fitting and manual machining of components
Interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
Actively contribute to safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
Prepare and peer-review BOMs, ITPs, DXFs for in-house laser cutting
About You
Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (Fitter & Machinist) or equivalent
Competent in operating manual centre lathes and milling machines
Experience machining stainless steel and aluminium alloys is highly regarded
Strong mechanical aptitude with sound drawing interpretation skills
Safety-focused, reliable, and a strong team contributor
Full Australian working rights
Tickets such as Confined Space, Working at Heights, and Forklift are highly regarded (optional)
