About the Role
The Dubbo Brain Injury Rehabilitation Program (BIRP) provides a community outreach case management rehabilitation service to adults with acquired brain injuries in the Western NSW Local Health District (WNSWLHD). A Health Clinician position is available to join the team. This role will provide contemporary brain injury rehabilitation in accordance with NSW BIRP principles and guidelines.
As a Case Manager, you will provide a consultative service to local clinicians to promote a high level of patient-centred care. You will be involved in developing, planning and implementing services that offer efficiency and effectiveness in delivery.
The team consists of three Health Clinicians in Brain Injury and a Rural Spinal Cord Injury Coordinator. Working hours are flexible and can be negotiated. This role requires travel within the Western NSW LHD.
