Volunteer Board Member Responsibilities
Attend bi-monthly meetings (online or in-person)
Oversee the Association's governance and risk management
Support Strategic Plan development, implementation, and review
Assist in the development and review of social enterprises
Contribute to the review and implementation of organisational policies
Uphold Green Skills Inc's values, mission and objectives
Oversee resource allocation
Ensure regulatory and legal compliance
Adhere to the Association's Incorporation Act ****
Chairperson's Duties
Oversee recruitment and performance of the State Manager
Provide leadership to the organisation
Oversee recruitment, induction, training and performance of Board members
Manage the organisation's grievance procedures
Treasurer's Duties
Oversee the Association's financial record-keeping, policies and compliance
Oversee budget preparation, monitoring and review
Oversee the Association's banking
