Job Title: Plant Maintenance Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Plant Maintenance Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of our plant and equipment. The role involves servicing, repairing, and performing advanced maintenance on various machinery, including loaders, excavators, graders, rollers, trucks, light vehicles, small engines, and ancillary equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake remedial actions to rectify equipment malfunctions.
* Estimate material quantities required for repairs and maintenance.
* Recommend jobs to contractors and perform risk assessments.
* Supervise staff and maintain electronic records.
Requirements:
* Trade qualifications as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic/Plant Mechanic.
* Experience with civil construction plant and heavy vehicles.
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
* HR or HC Licence (or willingness to obtain).
