The Role
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Assist our Chef in food preparation and delivery
* Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, storage rooms and dining areas
* Stocking and organizing supplies and produce
* Dish washing
* Adhere to food safety standards
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations
What we're looking for
* Fantastic customer service
* Previous demonstrated experience in a commercial kitchen environment
* Knowledge of food safety standards and a commitment to cleanliness
* Team orientated but also able to work autonomously
* Excellent time management skills
* Flexible attitude to hours, including weekends, public holidays and on short notice
* A current valid drivers licence is essential
