About the Role
We seek a dedicated, innovative, and collaborative functional consultant to ensure successful implementation of Workday solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Australian HR & Payroll systems, including requirements gathering, configuration, data conversion, and testing. Adaptability, curiosity, attention to detail, and proactive partnership with clients and teams are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Become an expert in multiple Workday products, focusing on HR and Workforce Management (Absence, Time Tracking, Scheduling).
2. Understand client requirements, configure Workday solutions, demonstrate prototypes, and assist in testing.
3. Translate client requirements and legacy data into Workday solutions.
4. Support integration configuration and testing between Workday and third-party solutions.
5. Apply Workday’s Implementation Methodology on all engagements.
6. Mentor colleagues and share product knowledge to streamline deployment and address customer challenges.
7. Ensure clients maximize Workday’s solutions, delivering successful outcomes and fostering lasting relationships.
8. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with product updates and relevant skills.
About You
**Basic Qualifications:**
* 5+ years of experience with HR & Payroll software solutions.
* Recent Australian HR industry experience, including Australian Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
* Previous consulting experience, either as an external consultant or internal.
* Experience across various industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, Education, Government.
* Experience with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, or similar systems.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
**Other Qualifications:**
* Passion for customer service and excellent communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving and business analysis abilities.
* Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple projects.
* Willingness to travel up to 50%.
* Ability to obtain and maintain Australian Government security clearance.
