The role
Wealth Concierge and Engagement provides frontline education support and general advice to a wide range of customers as part of the Margin Lending and Wealth unit. You will be the first interaction point for wealth related queries and will provide general advice, helping customers to self‐serve options or arranging referrals to financial planners.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers' wealth related queries referred from the banking network.
- Provide general advice on products and strategies, guiding customers toward self‐serve options or coordinating referrals to Bridges Financial Services.
- Work toward meeting key performance indicators based on service targets.
- Collaborate within a supportive team environment.
Qualifications
- RG146 accredited.
- Experience in financial services with an understanding of wealth products (managed funds, superannuation, margin lending, insurance), ideally in a phone‐based sales or customer service function.
- Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer service and meeting KPIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time‐management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet critical timeframes.
- Proactive and supportive team member.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Financial Planning or equivalent, highly desirable.

Contract Details
Permanent, full‐time, or 12‐month contract positions available. Flexible work options and a minimum local Head Office attendance requirement set by your Leader.
