Lead Clinical Service Manager

You will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team, overseeing the assessment and management of services across the region. Working closely with directors, other clinical leads, and business support managers, you will contribute to strategic planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely and effective assessment and management of services across the region.
\
* Work closely with directors, other clinical leads, and business support managers to contribute to strategic planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of healthcare services.
\
* Oversee training and induction programs, and support the professional development of the workforce to meet evolving service and compliance expectations.
\
Requirements:
\
* Hold a recognised qualification in Social Work (eligible for membership) or in Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy (with registration).
\
* Minimum 3 years post-registration experience, with demonstrated leadership in allied health and experience supervising teams and students.
\
* Proven ability to lead change, engage consumers, and develop innovative models of care within complex service environments.
\
* Sound knowledge of healthcare standards, legislation, and contemporary practices related to ageing and community care.
