We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Line Leader to join our AM shift team in Stapylton. This is a casual role with strong potential to transition into a long-term, full-time position for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and support production staff on the line
* Ensure daily production targets and KPIs are achieved
* Monitor and uphold quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
* Follow production schedules and recipe specifications
* Operate and oversee production equipment (including metal detection)
* Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring team members
* Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
* Work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled (chiller) environment
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in food manufacturing or a production leadership role (highly regarded)
* Strong leadership, communication, and team engagement skills
* Hands-on, proactive, and reliable work ethic
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to work in a cold environment
* Flexibility to support different areas of the operation
* Own reliable transport
* Valid Australian working rights
