Lead ict systems integration specialist

The School is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Systems Development Lead to develop, integrate, secure, and manage ICT systems in support of learning delivery. Reporting to the Systems Manager, you will lead technical initiatives and manage key stakeholder relationships to deliver high-quality outcomes.

* Administer learning management systems and online learning platforms.
* Develop and sustain cyber range and simulation environments.
* Design, implement, and accredit ICT systems.
* Develop system documentation and procedures.
* Manage equipment and logistics.
* Develop and administer intranet content.
* Manage stakeholder relationships.
* Provide technical advice and guidance.
* Purchase hardware and software.
* Maintain tactical training equipment.
* Support course delivery.
* Supervise and mentor junior staff.
* Manage contracts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

* ICT system development and integration.
* Cyber security and risk management.
* Project management and coordination.
* Stakeholder relationship management.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in ICT system development and integration.
* Experience in cyber security and risk management.
* Strong project management and coordination skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management skills.
