The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to begin their career in credit and finance in an administrative support position. Working within a close-knit, supportive team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with credit processes, and delivering excellent customer service. You'll be part of a collaborative workplace where initiative and growth are genuinely valued.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately process new credit applications and support customer onboarding.
* Maintain and update customer account information across internal systems.
* Assist with receipting, banking, direct debits, and credit card processing.
* Respond to internal and external enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
* Provide administrative support to the credit team and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Skills & Experience

* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Confident communication skills with a customer service mindset.
* Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Some exposure to accounts, credit, or administration is highly regarded.
