We are seeking a Campus Office Administrator to join our beautiful Hobart Campus on a full-time basis commencing immediately
The Role
The Campus Office Administrator is essential to the efficient and effective administration practices and operations of the school. In this role you will provide administrative support services to the Campus leadership team, teaching and support staff, students, and the broader school community by performing clerical and other duties related to the daily routine of campus management.
Responsibilities:
* Front desk reception and related secretarial duties
* Provision of administrative support to the teachers and support staff
* Teacher relief support, including accessing the daily covers and providing relief staff with all necessary materials and information to successfully cover for the day
* Attending to general parent enquiries
* Attending to general student enquiries – lost property, permission slips etc.
* Managing student absentee procedures – late arrivals / early departures etc
* Administration and coordination of campus request forms, including campus visits, staff professional development, excursions / incursions etc
* Monitoring and balancing receipt and expenditure of petty cash
* School banking i.e., student fundraising
* Processing of purchase requests and accounts payable
* Coordinating appointments
* Meeting coordination and management, including IT support and meeting minutes
* Managing the student enrolment process

About You
To be considered for this position, you should ideally have school administration experience; however, applicants with customer support or general administration backgrounds and data entry experience will also be considered. Strong communication skills, a positive and customer-focused attitude, attention to detail, and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills are essential for success in this role.
