An amazing opportunity to join a global organisation as a Territory Manager based in Geraldton (WA), Australia.
Responsibilities
Be the professional, knowledgeable, reliable & trusted BOC Sales contact for the customer stakeholder(s).
Manage a portfolio of customers within the territory.
Identify, develop and commercialize growth opportunities within existing customer accounts.
Use Linde provided sales tools to support the Account Management process.
Maintain customer stakeholder's perception of value and confidence in BOC as a solutions provider.
Increase portfolio profitability through price & contract management, increased zone density and profitable use of product substitution.
Generate and convert leads by identifying customer business growth opportunities to grow zone cylinder holdings and/or volume density.
Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities with complete information and interactions.
Commercialize new business wins consistent with agreed terms.
Understand, monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends.
Qualifications
You have strong selling (business development) and negotiation skills.
Judgement to challenge customer paradigms when appropriate.
Commercial and business awareness.
Strong understanding of price management (grow margin, pricing and profit).
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrates initiative and results-focused mindset.
