To be successful within this position you will need to have:
* Previous experience in the construction industry at a foreman level
* Trade background/qualifications
* Ability to start in 6-8 weeks
* Computer skills, as this will be how you manage the sites progress to then pass on to your site manager/PM
Your responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain internal sub contractor programs
* Coordinate the site's day to day works and logistics
* Close out and deliver the site to a high standard
I have been engaged to source a structures Foreman for a highly respected Commercial Builder who are based out of SEQ and Northern NSW. Your initial project will be a 2 level basement/18 storey development in Palm Beach. This company specialises in these type of developments and a variety of mixed commercial projects.
