The Orange Door is a family violence specialist service that provides first response to those seeking assistance after family violence and child well-being concerns. While our primary focus is working with people using violence, Orange Door staff are required to work from an integrated approach, also assisting victims/survivors and children. Key Responsibilities of the Team Leader are: Lead a team of specialist family violence practitioners. Provide case oversight and direction. Ensure best practice standards. Work with the hub leadership team to deliver results.
