Job description: Location: Werribee/Footscray Employment Type: Full Time Salary: Social Worker Grade 3 About the role We have an exciting opportunity to work as a Team Leader within the state's specialist family violence service. The Orange Door is a family violence specialist service that provides first response to those seeking assistance after family violence and child well-being concerns. While our primary focus is working with people using violence, Orange Door staff are required to work from an integrated approach, also assisting victims/survivors and children. Key Responsibilities of the Team Leader are: Lead a team of specialist family violence practitioners. Provide case oversight and direction. Ensure best practice standards. Work with the hub leadership team to deliver results. About you: You will be excited by the opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment, making a meaningful impact by strengthening the skills and capability of your team to respond effectively to those accessing the Orange Door.
