Dental Consultant - Endodontist Clinical

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled dental consultant to join our nationwide network of experts. As part of this team, you will apply your knowledge of medical necessity and eligibility to review insurance claims, process appeals, and confer with providers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Authorize or deny predeterminations and claims by reviewing radiographs and/or other supporting documentation, in accordance with member plan benefits and with support from our dental AI technology.
* Evaluate appeals, request additional information, make revised claim decisions, and make further recommendations.
* Communicate claim review outcomes to participating dentists and plan members.
* Participate in training and calibration sessions and provide regular feedback to improve productivity and accuracy of claims review.
Qualifications:
* D.D.S. or D.M.D. from an accredited dental school.
* Board certification in Endodontics.
* Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
* Prior claims review experience strongly preferred (2+ years).
* Active, unrestricted dental license.
* Proficiency with CDT codes and dental procedures.
* Strong computer skills and comfort with remote platforms (e.g., Zoom).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
