Key Responsibilities:
Creative Briefing:
Develop structured creative briefs for campaigns;
Align briefs with product priorities, marketing strategy, and campaign objectives;
Collaborate with brand and product teams to align creative direction;
Provide context and insights to inform creative development;
Track progress of briefs through to delivery.
Creative Testing & Optimisation:
Plan and prioritise creative tests across social channels;
Oversee the end-to-end creative testing process with agency partners;
Analyse results to identify high-performing creative variations;
Share insights with the creative team to refine future outputs;
Report regularly on test outcomes.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Coordination:
Manage the Marketing Calendar with timely updates and clear communication;
Lead campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention;
Align performance marketing, CRM, and brand teams for consistent messaging;
Act as the marketing point person for campaign delivery;
Track and report on campaign outcomes.
Requirements:
4+ years' experience in a performance marketing role;
Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and deriving insights;
High attention to detail and organisational skills;
Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and go-to-market planning.
