About the Role
Swinburne's Health, Science and Community Services department is seeking a VET - Community Services Teacher to deliver high-quality vocational education and training programs. The role shares experience and knowledge with students and supports them to obtain their qualifications. You will work within a team of education professionals to plan, deliver, assess, evaluate and ensure compliance of education and training programs. The role requires the ability to customise and adapt programs to meet learners and clients' needs across certificate level through to diploma and associate degree levels.

Responsibilities
* Plan, deliver, assess and evaluate high-quality education and training programs to meet compliance requirements.
* Customise and adapt programs to meet learners and clients' needs across certificate to diploma/degree levels.
* Share knowledge and experience with students and support successful qualification outcomes.
About You
* Vocational experience relevant to the community services sector.
* Demonstrated ability to implement high-quality, innovative teaching and learning programs in a variety of learning modes to meet diverse student needs.
* Demonstrated experience or capacity to develop and conduct training programs aligned to industry/community needs.
* Demonstrated ability to develop learning and assessment resources.
* Demonstrated awareness and understanding of Vocational Education and Training policies and frameworks.
Qualifications
* Relevant degree or vocational qualification in community services or related field.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122)
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110)
* Diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education
* A secondary teaching qualification which enables registration as a secondary school teacher where applicable, including TAESS00011, TAESS00019 or successor
* TAESS00024 VET Delivered to School Students Teacher Enhancement Skill Set
