About This Role

What You’ll Do
* Provide strategic HR advice and support to managers, employees, and participants with disabilities in the workforce
* Drive solution-focused conversations that influence client groups to make informed decisions
* Partner with managers on performance and misconduct issues
* Work collaboratively with operations teams to resolve conflict and facilitate positive employee relations
* Collaborate with other People Business Partners and People Teams on implementing improvements or change initiatives
Your Key Qualifications
* Ability to be agile and deal with different challenges and personalities
* Experience within a regulated industry
* Proven expertise in interpreting relevant employment-related legislation
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Ability to travel across Victorian and NSW sites
* Experience within NFP and/or Disability sector would be advantageous
