Field Technician Electrical Catering Equipment

We currently have 2 positions available to join our Nth Queensland Service team.
You will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair, commissioning, and maintenance of commercial food equipment across our broad customer base. Our customers includes major aged and health care sites, hospitals, major hotels, and restaurant chains.
Responsibilities
Attend service calls allocated by our Office Staff
Carry out quality field service repairs at the customers place of business
Ensure all appliance, repair information and parts usage is documented on service reports
Managing of van stock and appearance of company vehicle
Complete all administrative duties in a timely manner
Handling of escalations and on-site technical support to relevant department
Ensure all WHS policies and procedures are adhered to and proactively supported

Skills & Experience
An Electrical Licence - Electrical Mechanic/ Electrical Fitter
Standard immunisations required for healthcare sector access
Excellent electrical and mechanical aptitude
Current Australian Driver Licence
Good communication and interaction skills
Sufficiently vaccinated for entry into health care sector
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in electrical maintenance and repairs, preferably in commercial or industrial settings
Experience servicing commercial catering equipment (ovens/ dishwashers) highly desirable
Valid work visa or Australian work authorisation required
