We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team based in Adelaide, South Australia.
This role will provide high-quality administrative support and client care services to legal practitioners.
The successful candidate will be willing to grow and develop their skills in a busy environment whilst using their strong communication skills to support our clients.

About the Role
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
 * Answering and managing incoming calls
 * Manage our incoming and outgoing mail & email
 * Arrange and manage appointments with our clients
 * You'll help our clients with your excellent customer service and communication skills
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
 * A minimum of 6+ months as an Assistant or Paralegal in a law firm or professional office
 * Excellent communication skills with a diverse range of clients including non-English backgrounds
 * Very organised and disciplined approach
 * Excellent organisational and time management skills
 * Ability to work independently and in a team
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
 * Be very confident, and capable of managing online technologies
