Learning Experience Designer
This role plays a vital part in overseeing and implementing the development, delivery, and review of technical design and operational support programs for our Learning Management System.
* Coordinates and undertakes the creation and maintenance of new courses
* Provides expert technical assistance to configure, coordinate, operate, and use our Learning Management System
* Utilizes authoring tools and best practice design principles to create, redevelop, maintain, and publish learning and assessment content
* Offers responsive point of contact services for users, identifying and resolving complex issues related to system use and configuration
Develops and maintains collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders across the organization and provides advice to management and staff on system capability, online course design, development, assessment, and evaluation to meet diverse training needs.
